Each copper surface is carefully crafted by Mexican metal artisans from panels of recycled copper. Panels are hand-pounded onto solid hardwood cabinet doors and held over an open flame to produce unique coloring. Sideboard tops and frames are built from solid poplar wood supported by a forged iron base. When complete, artisans stamp each copper piece with a Monarch butterfly to signify its transformation and to honor the village responsible for its creation.

The back of the armchair is composed by leather or econabuk bands, twisted and handsewn with visible stitching. The base of the seat is in pantographed wood, padded with two densities of rubber and an upper layer in feathers. It is covered in fabric, velvet, leather or customizable with any fabric supplied by the customer.
